The first part of March and Zuri’s birthday

March was when everything turned upside down! But the first part of the month was fine. Zuri made this cute little costume for Dr. Seuss's birthday.

Taye played volleyball and did a report in front of his class with Reed.

By March there was a lot of talk about a virus called Covid19 that was spreading and it was becoming a concern. But Brianna had just come home from her mission and we just had to skip over to Boston to see her. So we squeezed in one last trip before the entire country shut down. Jonas was worried about flying and convinced Tayevion to stay behind with him for the weekend so they could hang out. Jasmine also could not go because she had a conflict with dance.
This year mom did a lot more decoration for holidays and there was a lot of craft making.

Zuri's turned 7! The day before her birthday was Friday, and she took cookies to her classmates. Mom and Dad had already decided that day would be the last day that the kids attend school in person due to the virus. But then over the weekend the schools all decided to shut down and move to only online learning anyway.

The primary president and chorister (Sister Stevens and Lesuma) facetimed with Zuri to wish her a happy birthday!

Zuri had a super fun birthday dinner at cousins. We had Olaf jello and the cutest Frozen cake! Kiki gave her this beautiful tent which she loved. Little did we know, this would be the last Sunday dinner we would have for a while.
